7 Steps To Being Healthy

    Any day after a work out...usually volleyball practice...I feel motivated to be more active and make good lifestyle habits.  Being a food lover and lazy it makes it hard to stick to eating healthy and working out, but also being me I went onto the most addicting website ever (Pinterest) and searched Health&Fitness.  On Pinterest  I found some ideas and decided to write them down for you.
          -1.  Drink a glass of water before eating
          -2.  Eat slowly
          -3.  Work out 30 minutes a day five days a week
          -4.  NEVER miss breakfast
          -5.  Cut down on soda...and or alcohol
          -6.  Get seven to eight hours of sleep a night
          -7.  Stay Inspired
